At Digi Weigh Private Limited, we aim to deliver your weighing scales and accessories to you quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered from our Shopify store.

 

 

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.

 

 

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

 

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate or calculated at checkout (Shopify will display applicable charges before payment).

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹[Insert Amount], if applicable.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

 

 

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days.

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days.

  • Remote or rural areas: 7–12 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

 

 

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier link via email/SMS.

  • You can also log in to your account on our Shopify store to track order status.

 

 

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service providers, natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

  • In case of significant delays, we will contact you with updates.

 

 

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept delivery, reshipping charges will apply.

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

 

 

8. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours.

  • We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement if applicable.
