At Digi Weigh Private Limited, we strive to provide you with the highest quality weighing scales and accessories. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth process.

 

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

  • Returns will not be accepted for:

    • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

    • Customized or special-order items.

    • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).

 

 

2. Return Process

  2. Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide return shipping instructions.

  3. Shipping the Item: Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the item back. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

 

 

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Refund amount will exclude original shipping charges (if any), unless the return is due to our error.

 

 

4. Replacements / Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange for a free replacement or exchange.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

 

 

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos/videos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

 

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Products damaged due to improper use.

  • Items returned beyond the eligible return window.
